Hey all. I was wondering if any of you could point me in the direction of a CD comp that might contain a Rising High track from "Friends, Lovers.." and something. I heard it on vinyl; it has a sample that goes 'who created ordinary people' in a computer/vox voice. I loved the track, and I figure if there's a Rising High comp that has it, the rest of the CD must be good too. Thanks in advance... _____________________________________________________________________________ mon tue wed thu fri sat sun &/ $( :| :} :) %) !( ---- Neal Thomas University of Manitoba Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada ---- ----- Amiga 3000 TB303-808-SH-101-Juno106 Editor - The Whimsiad ----- ___________________________umthom49@ccu.umanitoba.ca_________________________

I doubt that would be on cd. not sure which track that is anyway. friends loves + family have done some good tunes though: doppleganger, for one they are also known as 'epiphany' on Sapho (=subsidiary of RH), ep called suffer your reality. get this. and.. also known as 'aqua fortis' on sapho. did really good tune called `asylum 3, the way out` on house of usher ep. I should imagine these are only on vinyl. Rising high are quite varied, so your assumption, above, may not necessarily be correct! Cheers, Chris ********************* Hello IDM ! I'm back (obviously). Shall try to pick up on the latest arguments pronto. I could create one if you'd like. hope you all had quality Easters etc.

Neal Gordon Thomas asks about friends, lovers & family.. The track you mentioned is "Ordinary People" off Rising High's "Techno Classics Volume 2" which also has stomper tracks by Irresistible Force, The Hypnotist and Signs Of Chaos ("Crackerjack" - breakbeat for chipmunks!) Also on this planet : "The Seaside" by friends, lovers etc which is on RHs "Chill Out Or Die" comp. Have fun finding 'em.......
